ABOUT
Chapman Hyatt is originally from Evergreen, Colorado but spent most of his childhood in Los Angeles as a child actor. Past projects he’s been called in for include, “The New Adventures of Old Christine” with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, “RV” with Robin Williams and “Breaking Bad.” At 16, he was cast in the Disney Channel Original Movie “Lemonade Mouth”, which shot in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Chapman attended Lee Strasburg Institute and Stonestreet Film & Television Conservatory through NYU Tisch. Upon graduating, he received Cum Laude and the Outstanding Achievement in Studio Awards from each studio.
As a screenwriter, his short film “Seal Cove”, was a finalist at the Close: Up Reykjavík Film Festival and a semi-finalist at the Flickers’ International Film Festival. His pilot, “Treasure Valley”, was a quarter finalist in the Screencraft TV Pilot Script Competition and the Outstanding Screenplays TV Pilot Script Competition.
Outside of acting and writing, Chapman’s passions include backpacking, rafting and boxing.
